• Students spend most of their time working on their thesis and offering their views and contribution to the field they are researching.
• Unlike many other countries, public thesis defense is usually not required in Australia.
• After completion of Master by Research you are eligible to apply for Temporary Graduate visa under Post Study Work stream and get opportunity to work full time on a period of 3 years, while after completed PhD studies you can get this visa on a period of 4 years.
